Indeed, these edible insects come from our farm that uses innovative and environmentally friendly techniques. Edible Crickets are raised and prepared on the spot according to strict quality criteria. Before being packed, the edible insects are slaughtered by cryonics, before being boiled and then dried by a unique process using renewable energy. They are then seasoned.

Fries of polenta with crickets are a possibility to discover the flavors of this edible insect through a more elaborate recipe. Thus, it requires 500 g of polenta, 120 g of grated parmesan, 100 g of edible cricket, 50 g of butter. Finally, you need canola oil for frying and of course salt for seasoning.

For preparation, crickets reduced to flour are mixed with the polenta already prepared according to the instructions. 5 minutes before cooking is finished, parmesan and salt are poured in. Then, the preparation is allowed to stand for one hour before cutting the polenta into a stick. Finally, fry 3 minutes on each side and the dish is ready.
